Hi, I’m Anya- the hands and heart behind Ringo Florals.
Ringo Florals is a small, independent floral practice which started as part of my own healing journey with weekly personal blooms. Now it’s grown into a service for others- offering soulful flowers through custom bouquets, vase arrangements and our weekly floral refreshment service for homes and businesses across the greater Vancouver area.
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, refreshing your space, or simply craving something lovely, I create for:
- Everyday moments
- Birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations
- Sympathies and retirements
- Baby events and engagements
- Corporate functions and dinners
- Photoshoots, tea ceremonies, and holidays
- Weddings, Valentine’s, and ‘just because’
The studio is named after my dog, Apple.
“Ringo” means apple in Japanese — a quiet tribute to my first best friend who loved to smell the flowers on our walks, and a country that holds my heart forever, like she does.
My approach is rooted in ikebana, the Japanese art of floral arrangement which I studied while living in Japan from 2019-2023. Whether it’s a one-time bouquet or weekly floral refreshment vase for your home or shop, each piece is made thoughtfully and intentionally with your story and season in mind. Slow beauty also means a second or third life- as part of my committment to sustainability I hang-dry and restyle extra blooms into dried floral arrangements to be carried through time.
When I’m not working with flowers or in the garden, I’m likely near a garage or on the road. While flowers keep me slow and mindful, cars and tools keep me grounded and balanced between my love of nature and human-made design and beauty.
Thanks for being here. I look forward to creating something special with and for you.
Always,
Anya
